Explosive allegations against Discovery’s Media Lackey Tony Beamish
Mr Beamish has made no secret of the fact that he has acted as Discovery Health’s mouthpiece and media assassin during the revenge vendetta conducted by the Discovery Group against Ronald and Darren Bobroff and the Practice of Ronald Bobroff and Partners Inc.
Beamish’s being an accomplice to thefts by his lover, former RBP employee Cora van der Merwe has already been labelled by magistrate M S Sethusha as malicious and unlawful, when she threw out the trumped up and perjured allegations of kidnapping made by Cora van der Merwe against renowned forensic investigator Mr Paul O’Sullivan. However it was truly a case of karma coming to meet Beamish when Cora van der Merwe’s daughter, final year law student Michelle van der Merwe reached out to me in an email on the 16th December 2019, and which appears below.

I am writing to you to express my sincere sympathy to what my mother Cora van der Merwe and Tony Beamish have done to you and your family. It was malicious and unfair. My mother is not a bad person but Tony has ever since brainwashed her to destroy people wherever she goes. I could never understand why he had such a hold on her. She had even confessed to me that she should’ve never provided him with any information on your firm. He was also the one to press my mother to file charges against Paul O’Sullivan so that he could have a story to write about. Tony traumatised her severely with that scenario to please his own agenda. He actually received a warning from Carte Blanche after he wrote malicious comments about O’Sullivan on Twitter last year. You’d probably be pleased to hear that you and your son are all that Tony can talk about. I have always found his obsession with you quite strange. He is the most malicious person I have ever came across. He brags about being the reason that your son is only an Uber driver and that he phoned the school your grandchildren attends to cause trouble. This, per se, says a lot about a person’s character and it will surely catch up with him. When I confronted my mother about this she said that Tony is apparently part of a group of 6 people appointed by Discovery to spy on you. I doubt this is the case but I have been wondering what Carte Blanche’s reaction would be if they’d hear about this alleged “spy mission” of his. Another extremely amusing thing about Tony is that he had even claimed to be a Barrister when I first met him. He has a habit of lying about having tertiary qualifications. Tony has recently moved to Centurion because he claims that you have sent him death threats. I find it extremely amusing. When I told my father about this ridiculous circus he laughed and said that “if Mr Bobroff wants to get rid of Tony, he would not play around with threats”. Tony has made my mother extremely emotionally dependant on him. He is such a coward to the extent that he cannot even offer to pay for his own meals at a restaurant. He would also constantly use my mother’s Twitter account to post things about you because he is too much of a coward to do it in his own name. She has to constantly remove his postings. He had also previously made it a habit of creating false profiles to send you messages anonymously. He has a severe drinking problem which causes him to harass me. He would also unlawfully record me and blackmail me by threatening to send it to people I know to humiliate me. Today I have decided to fill out an application form to obtain a protection order against him. I am a final year law student and I need peace in my life to complete my degree. Unfortunately my mother has threatened to leave me destitute if I choose to go through with it but I will not let this man destroy my life anymore. Mr Paul O’Sullivan a household name in South Africa as a renowned forensic investigator committed to exposing corruption within South Africa’s law enforcement agencies, and the father of daughters himself, was so shocked by what Michelle had told him, that he has committed himself to taking every possible step to see to it that justice is done and that neither Discovery Health, nor its attorney George van Niekerk of Edward Nathan Cape Town, or its proxy attorney Anthony Millar will be able to see to it that Michelle’s criminal charge against Beamish is quietly shelved.
A criminal charge of theft by Alberton attorney Schalk de Bruyn against former RBP bookkeeper (ten times convicted fraudster and jailbird) Bernadine van Wyk, who had been recruited by attorney Anthony Millar to serve as his, Discovery attorney Mr George van Niekerk of Edward Nathan Cape Town and Discovery’s Mr Jeffrey Katz’s’ bribed accomplice in our Practice, to steal material for them and to set us up by way of dodgy bookkeeping entries for a SARS audit was swept under the carpet.
This despite an extensive and detailed affidavit by attorney de Bruyn which had been submitted to the main Alberton Police Station by Mr de Bruyn, and which was in the opinion of a specialist criminal advocate a cast iron case against van Wyk.
Accordingly Mr O’Sullivan has assisted Michelle to lodge a formal complaint against Beamish and Cora van der Merwe with the Judicial Commission of Enquiry into allegations of State capture, corruption, fraud in the Public Sector includings Organs of State. Click here to view complaint
